will key in on specific foods associated with poor weight control/diet so she
can give you a clear idea what to do. You will know immediately what your diet
priorities are and what changes will have the most benefit for you. By categorizing
your diet into logical food groupings a dietitian can give you clear goals to
follow. And, if you have a diet question or concern, you'll have access

Personal Dietitian is not a program that offers you a quick fix. We offer a real solution! If you are looking for a quick fix you won't find one here. It will require "real" work on your part, which will result in weight loss, and most importantly, no more or weight regain (aka "yo-yo effect", "cycling", etc). Instead you'll have a long term plan of action for improved health and fitness, a slimmer looking body, and better overall health and well being.
The Personal Diet is based upon what is found to work best. The technology behind the diet was founded by our chief dietitian, Carolyn Classick-Kohn,MS,RD having previously worked at expert's systems in a commercial venture with the Oregon Dietitian's clinic. The roots and the foundation of this technology are therefore based upon our dietitian's prior university research, clinical nutrition outpatient counseling and the Oregon Dietitian's Clinic. Carolyn's experience working in these settings (clinical research, commercial weight loss, university research) led to the development of the Personal Diet Plan and support system. The Personal Diet offers consumers a more sophisticated approach to their weight loss and diet needs. The "Right-on Track" support program and new step-by-step program (being offered this month) will also offer dieters a common sense practical way to achieve their goals-with greater convenience-personalization-and success than any other programs. A more effective, proven, weight loss and nutrition program is always our goal.
