celery, lettuce, raw cauliflower, cucumbers,
carrots, water chestnuts, etc.
Yogurt
Watch out for extra calories in sweetened yogurt!
Buy nonfat or low fat plain yogurt and add your own
fruit and a little sweetener if you need to and
you'll save calories.
