Your Personal Diet Plan makes sense!

When dieters look to lose those extra pounds they typically look for a weight loss diet or diet plan or an exercise program to accomplish this task.  The schema goes something like- I'll eat fewer calories and/or exercise more and the extra weight I have gained will come off because I'll just stop eating so much and that will be the end of that extra weigh right?  Wrong!   This is a diet mentality and doesn't stop our diet mentality it creates a cycle or habit of dieting-> lose weight-> dieting . 

What happens when we have a diet mentality?
The scenario above causes a cyclical effect.  The diet leads us to lose weight but because we have a diet attitude or schema we overlook the important fact that we want to keep it off.  To keep off this weight we need to either change are habits permanently (exercise or diet habit, or both) or have an eating plan that teaches us how to stay on track.  The Personal Diet Plan is really misnamed. It probably should be called the Personal Eating Plan but we would never had success selling an eating plan nor would we have been found in the Yahoos and the Google search engine results of the thousands of people that find us each month.
