You'll just need to include these as part of your allotment of bread/grains/starchy vegetables. I would say that you might have some challenges with weight loss unless you adjust the size of these foods - it's mostly a problem because if you look at the typical scone, muffin, etc. at a Starbucks for example, one item is equal to about 3-4 bread servings which eats up your calories quickly. So, if you want to have these foods several times a day think about taking one item and cutting it into four portions to enjoy it throughout the day. This is what you would need to do to maintain your goal weight (because servings are simply too large to avoid gaining weight unless you take evasive action!). You'll need to just look at your intake of these foods and see if you can make adjustments like this that you can live with with the trade-off of reaching and maintaining the weight you want to be.
I can tell you that even though your diet plan is about 50% carbohydrate which meets healthy eating guidelines for heart health, diabetes, cancer prevention, and weight loss, etc. the carbohydrates still add up very quickly because there are so many of these type of foods so be sure to pay attention to serving size or you'll run into challenges! Are you exercising at a level that burns enough calories to offset the calories from these foods? This is about the only way to deal with this effectively in the long run!
