I think that if you got a diet plan for
yourself and your family members ate the same kinds of foods you do on your plan
and focused on making some positive changes to food habits as outlined in the
weekly focus messages and tips, etc. (that are part of your plan) that all would
benefit. I would not advise a specific calorie level plan for children - better
if they include more of the healthy foods in your diet plan and not focus on
limiting calories or producing weight loss in kids. And it would really help for
you all to get involved in fun physical activities - this makes a real
difference in lifelong weight management and allows everyone to eat more food as
they burn more calories.
