Only those on a $9.95 month-to-month plan need to notify us in writing of their intent to cancel their membership. (other memberships are automatically cancelled at the end of their term).
Month-to-month members are responsible for paying their
minimum required monthly membership fee for 3 months to cover the
cost of their program, regardless of early cancellation. After
the 3 month's membership fees of $11.96 per month are paid, you
may cancel at any time.
You must notify us by e-mail of your intent to cancel using the
e-mail contact information above. Cancellations are not
retroactive!
