I believe this is this is the strength of Jenny Craig, like PersonalDiets Convenience Diet Option, the diet is basically a "no brainer".  The drawback for Jenny Craig is the limitation of JC's convenience is eating only JC's expensive prepackaged foods

Most are not simple to follow because  automation is too cumbersome. As a result  they are not simple as foods you naturally eat are not  provided or are inefficient to access.
