dietitian can follow along and see your eating patterns. That

The alert signals us that help is needed and only then, will we
contact the client with suggestions. That way dieters go
about their business (losing weight) and the dietitian can still

each person's progress to see how well members are doing. This
allows them to give praise and encouragement, or jump in to help
them get back on track.

30 days of tracking, you've lost 7 pounds, we'd know that you're
safely on your way to reaching your goal of losing 40 pounds in
3-6 months However if 30 days later, you only dropped 2 more
pounds, then we'd know something is not quite right and we'd
step in with what needed.
