For example, if you're starting weight was 186 pounds, and after 30 days of tracking, you've lost 7 pounds, we'd know that you're safely on your way to reaching your goal of losing 40 pounds in 3-6 months However if 30 days later, you only dropped 2 more pounds, then we'd know something is not quite right and we'd step in with what needed.
