Flank Steak Marinade

Ingredients

Beef Flank steak, trimmed of fat
1 green onion, chopped fine
1 garlic clove, minced
2 Tbsp. Vinegar
¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
¼ cup honey

Note: if you want to use a bottled marinade, choose a lower sodium teriyaki marinade instead of following recipe to save time 


Directions
Heat oven broiler or outside grill. Place marinade ingredients into large bowl and mix. Add flank steak and marinade for 15-20 minutes. Place steak on grilling rack in one piece and grill until done. Slice into long slices against grain. Note: flank steak is typically served rare so adjust cooking time for desired doneness.
