about my survey: I use a scientifically validated nutrition
survey to assess eating habits specifically related to fat,
saturated fat, cholesterol, sodium and carbohydrate intake. This
allows me to give a very objective assessment of food choices and
targets the nutrients that have the most impact upon health.

4 weeks of bed rest, the dr. gave the okay for
lifting hand weights, but for only a few reps.
Then after another 2 weeks, he let me begin walking
the treadmill again, but I had to keep the speed and

bit, though. I often go to the store to just
browse so that I'm up and walking a little bit
more. Now that the weather has warmed up a
bit, I'm adding some swimming to my regime.
So, yes, I'm sure the exercise helped, but I know
the eating plan was the big difference. I was
just NEVER hungry! I always tried to
save a fruit or yogurt for mid-morning and
mid-afternoon. Spreading out some of the
exchanges instead of just eating three meals a day
